What we do store: browser local storage, not cookies
When you request a consultation, a short summary (including a reference ID) is saved using your browser’s built-in local storage, not a cookie. It stays only on the device you used, is never automatically sent to any server, and exists so features like “view your reference again” or “email yourself a copy” work during and after your visit. Our internal staff review tool reads that same local storage to display submitted requests on the device where they were entered.
Clearing this data
You can remove everything this site has stored in your browser at any time through your browser’s settings (usually under “Clear browsing data” or “Site settings”), without affecting any email you have already sent us.

If we ever add analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this notice and provide a way to accept or decline them before they are set.
