What we collect
When you request a consultation, the form asks for your name, work email, company, phone number, the type of matter, your timeframe, a preferred date, time window, and time zone, and any details you choose to describe. If you contact an attorney directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.
How a consultation request is actually sent
This site does not run its own server or database. Submitting the consultation form opens a pre-filled email in your own email application, addressed to our team — the request is only sent once you send that email yourself. A short summary of what you entered is also kept in your browser’s local storage, only on the device you used, so that features like “email yourself a copy” and the reference ID work during that visit. That local copy is never transmitted anywhere by the site itself, is not accessible to us unless you send it, and stays on your device until you clear your browser data.
Our staff review tool
Our internal staff dashboard reads consultation details from that same local browser storage so a team member can review, approve, or reschedule a request. It is a working prototype: it has no separate login, does not sync between devices, and is not indexed by search engines. If you have concerns about a request you submitted, please contact us directly using the details below rather than relying on this tool.
How information is used
Information you submit is used only to respond to your enquiry, confirm or reschedule a consultation, and maintain a record of that conversation. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Third-party links
This site may link to external resources, including your own email or calendar application. Those services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Your choices
You can clear the local copy of your consultation details at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for this domain, or by asking us to disregard a request you have sent by email.
