Raising a concern
Safeguarding concerns should be sent through the school’s approved safeguarding route or reported directly to the designated safeguarding lead. In an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.
Images and personal information
Staff publishing content should use only authorised photographs and should avoid exposing unnecessary personal details about students.
Online services
Portal access, messages and school records are restricted to authorised users and reviewed regularly. Current safeguarding contacts and reporting procedures are available from the school office and safeguarding team.
